Once you place your order on MatrisEstus.co.uk you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly via e-mail at CustomerServices@MatrisEstus.co.uk

Orders are usually shipped within 24-36 hours, once your order has been placed.
E-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped.

Depending on item, please allow 3-14 Business days for delivery.
Orders may be delayed due to:
· Pending a credit approval and verification.
· A product is currently out of stock.
· An order which requires special requirements.
· An order is shipped to a special location.

Our job does not end when you click buy, as we are dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved.

We understand that each of our customers needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Damaged goods
2. Dissatisfaction

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to CustomerServices@MatrisEstus.co.uk

Explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your item(s).

Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You must return your item(s) new and in unused condition within 7 days of receipt for refund/replacement.

You must send your returned package at your own expense to our warehouse and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued.

Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 48hours after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange.
